   This position\'s responsibilities include- Shore Club Chicago and JoJo\'s ShakeBAR - Serves as the Executive Assistant for all concepts under the Castle Hospitality Group umbrella- CEOs - Reports directly to the company\'s Managing Partners and provides seamless support for the executives and the department. Performs research and managing tasks as needed for work assigned. Handles cross department coordination- Office Administrator - Responsible for ordering department specific supplies, maintaining and organizing physical and digital files in Shared Drive for departments to access. Attends weekly meetings and provides follow-up with notes/action items- Financials - Managing monthly credit card, banking reconciliations, audits and expense reports. Works closely with Accounting and HR depts. to handle invoices, payroll, and other vendor and employee related matters- Meetings & Travel - Coordinates and manages travel arrangements and lodging for all management teams and training across four states. Sends invitations and organizes technical requirements for in-person and virtual meetings- Licensing & Permits - Handles all licensing and permits for all Castle Hospitality Group locations across the nation, including State and City Liquor Licenses, Business Licenses, Sales & Use Tax Certificates, etc- Director of Catering & Events - Manages all Catering & Events Managers and Teams across all nine JoJo\'s ShakeBAR locations across the country, assisting individual stores in outlining the needs for each event, onsite or offsite, creating a budget and tracking invoices, scheduling event activities and food service, and evaluating success. Overseas marketing research projects to promote event services. Manages both location\'s PartySlate accounts, growing impressions significantly in the past year, and increasing leads generation- Works as part of the opening team for new JoJo\'s ShakeBAR locations, working closely with new managers, vendors, and investors.
