   Provide strategic leadership and coaching to a team of 5 Assistant Principals of Operations (APOs), driving excellence in school-based operational leadership- Manage and develop a Special Operations team of 3, ensuring execution of critical compliance and operational functions including state reporting (CRRS), immunization tracking, student file audits, and re-enrollment- Oversee legal and compliance processes, serving as first reviewer of custody documents and records requests, managing the end-to-end HB410 attendance compliance process, and collaborating with external counsel when needed- Lead the network’s attendance strategy, designing and facilitating school-based attendance team meetings, coaching APOs in facilitation, and monitoring effectiveness across the year. Achieved a reduction in chronic absenteeism from 70.3% to 37.6% in one school year through a comprehensive network-wide initiative- Own the learning and development strategy for Operations staff, designing scope and content, facilitating professional development cohorts, and creating evaluative tools to strengthen capacity across all Ops roles- Direct complex event and project management efforts, including logistics for large-scale staff professional development events and cross-network operational planning- Standardized and streamlined operational processes across schools, improving compliance and efficiency in areas such as facility walkthroughs, summer readiness, state attendance law adherence, and operational strategic planning- Recognized with the Core Values Award (Dec 2023) for exemplifying the organizational value “We remain committed.”
