As part of the Exec leadership team I oversee high performing teams of passionate individuals, ensuring compliance and safety are at the fore while delivering high quality housing management, repairs and maintenance services to our residents across a geographically diverse area.Along with over 20 years experience in the sector, I have a CIH Level 4 qualification in Housing Practice and a BA (Hons) in Business Management.My core competencies include people leadership and problem solving. I am passionate about improving the lives of our customers and creating a positive culture within our organisation. I have successfully implemented several initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention, as well as to streamline processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
