I am senior commercial dispute resolution lawyer at CMS with a particular focus in the technology, media and gambling sectors. I have worked with various clients on business-critical disputes relating to a variety of causes of action, including breach of contract, breach of confidence, unlawful means conspiracy and fraud. I also have experience dealing with publication-related and reputation management issues, involving defamation, privacy and data protection law, and support gambling operators with contentious legal and regulatory issues, such as Gambling Commission investigations and licence reviews.I was part of the team advising on a case revolutionising information and data law, and which won the Corporate & Commercial Litigation Team of the Year at the Commercial Litigation & Arbitration Awards 2019 for innovation (The Racing Partnership v Sports Information Services [2020] EWCA Civ 1300;[2019] EWHC 1156).I qualified as Practitioner in Data Protection PC.dp in 2021.
