About Emily Schwieter
Data experience is the new user experience. Data turned information turned insight allows the right decision to made at the right time. CRM isn’t just about accurately showcasing current and potential customers; it’s about transforming that data to the actionable potential of what is next.I strive to be the bridge between data and end users. Along with embracing data analytics to identify user needs and interests, I also use that information to create user stories and future process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce and AppExchange product solutions. My goal is to enhance the company’s brand, increase conversion rates, and drive sales, all through the power of data experience and CRM tools. My experience as a Salesforce professional has not only ignited my passion for data and inspiring and informing end users but has given me skills that allow me to support growth initiatives. Project management, process design and implementation, vendor relations, and user training are just some of the specialties I use to support those who want to soar to greater heights.
