About Emily Schulte

I graduated from Clemson University in May 2013 with a B.A. in Architecture. After graduating, I was fortunate enough to land a job with the architecture firm Bender & Associates in Key West, Fl where I worked for over a year. As part of their team, I worked on new construction, renovations, commercial projects, residences, historic preservation, and other types of construction. From 20••••19 I worked for LS3P. Part of that time was spent in the Raleigh office where I worked part-time while attending NC State University and earned my B.Arch. I graduated with my Bachelor of Architecture in May of 2016 and returned to the Faith Studio in Greenville, SC to work with various church clients in the southeast. In that role, I worked on a myriad of project types in the studio including auditoriums, daycare, offices, commercial kitchens, and classrooms. These included new construction and renovation and spanned from master planning and schematic design through the completion of construction. I earned my architecture license in January 2018. In 2019 the mountains were calling and I made the decision to move to Colorado and began work at 4240 Architecture where I worked on hospitality projects until COVID-19 cut my time short. Fortunately, I was able to quickly find work with Stanley Consultants where I was part of a team working on projects around the world primarily in the federal sector. I obtained my Colorado license in 2020.In 2022, I began work at Craine Architecture impacting the urban fabric of Denver and the surrounding area by helping to create much-needed housing. In 2023, I was laid off due to economic conditions. I decided to take some time off from architecture and work as a ski instructor at Vail. Through ski instructing, I met a local architect and have been working on custom homes in the Vail Valley since.
