Some of my recent achievements include-Streamlining client onboarding from 12 weeks to just 14-21 days-Developing 13 training academies with over 1,100 enrollments and an 83%+ completion rate-Hosting more than 100 hours of live training webinars for clients.My career began in Sales, where I honed skills that have been instrumental in identifying early opportunities for CSQL growth and enhancing contract value. My passion for learning new technology has naturally led me to excel in creating and delivering client training that drives them to achieve their goals.
