ABOUT EMILY BARRETT

I build the organizational and execution infrastructure that turns strategy into scalable platforms. Most organizations know where they want to go. The harder problem is building the execution infrastructure to get there — the governance, the operating model, the cross-functional alignment, and the human commitment that makes strategy real rather than aspirational.That\'s where I operate.I\'ve advised across a $23B global LNG asset through a complex, multi-stage ownership transition spanning four countries — building the organizational infrastructure, change management plan, and operational roadmaps to establish it as a viable, independent business. I stood up a Strategic Realization Office directing the transformation from a regional upstream operator to a diversified energy solutions company, bringing a first-of-kind carbon-neutral energy product to market. As Chief of Staff to the CEO of a PE-backed platform, I stood up board governance and served as the connective tissue across the enterprise — translating C-suite strategy into disciplined execution.Earlier in my career, I advised energy, utilities, M&A, and petrochemicals clients at Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers — where I built the professional foundation that has defined how I work ever since: structured thinking, rigorous analysis, client relationship management, and the ability to communicate complex ideas to executive audiences. It\'s where I learned to lead.Across energy infrastructure, carbon markets, and PE-backed platforms, the common thread is knowing what breaks, what scales, and what needs to be built before the business gets ahead of itself — then driving the disciplined execution to deliver it.My core expertise spans enterprise transformation, ePMO, change management, continuous improvement, and operating model design — with a focus on AI-enabled modernization, M&A integration, and scaling energy and infrastructure programs across global, matrixed organizations. My approach to leadership is grounded in the belief that the best transformations are earned, not mandated. I lead by building trust first — with teams, stakeholders, and the functions that have to carry the work forward. I\'ve led organizations through transitions they were already in and transformations they didn\'t yet know they needed, and what I\'ve learned is that sustainable performance comes from commitment, not compliance. My role is to elevate — developing capability, accelerating team impact, and acting as a force multiplier that creates access, clears the path, and makes space for the team to own the win.
