I am an operator, whether that\'s understanding how to manage flat fee matters or implementing software to support efficiencies. I integrate cross-functional initiatives across companies for critical initiatives, from expediting deals while managing risk with CLM to investigating current processes and seizing opportunities for improvement. Widespread legal department support of all legal support functions, including M&A, due diligence, insurance, and executive support.5.
