I am an experienced construction and supply chain litigator and currently serve as Co-Chair of the firm\'s Construction Disputes group. I support all construction industry participants, including owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers, in resolving disputes efficiently. In supply chain, I help clients in manufacturing and other industries resolve most disputes before they go to litigation, and represent them when they do. I also represent banks and other parties in disputes including those involving ACH fraud, check fraud, and garnishment issues.
