About Emily Rubalcaba
Hello! My name is Emily. I currently have a B.A. from York College of Pennsylvania in Secondary Education Social Studies, and a M.Ed. in Diversity and Student Resilience. I hold teaching certificates in three different states! I am currently working at West York Area HS as a Social Studies teacher. The courses I currently teach are: World Cultures, American/Pennsylvania Political Systems, and Social Psychology. While teaching, I am the varsity head coach of the field hockey team at West York. I also am part of the Student Assistance Program at my school, trained to help our students who might be suffering with mental health, academic, or substance issues.
