The Feel Good Book Club was created by Samaritans to give people a new way to feel inspired while helping to support our charity at the same time. We carefully curate the content of the box to boost our customers\' wellbeing and help them feel good.I am responsible for- The day to day management of the book club including procurement, managing the e-commerce website, ensure customer satisfaction, creating book shortlists- Project management of the book club including working with the project delivery and creative team to ensure delivery of the club’s monthly timetable, tracking KPIs, risk management, improving profit margins- Working with the team to form and implement strategy for the Feel Good Book club, ensuring these are delivered on a practical level.
