I have been happily working as a licensed MT since 2003. My first experience in the field I spent working at the spa at Grandover Resort. Since then, I have had opportunities to work in salon/spas, private spas, open my own private practice (building since 2005), teaching massage school in 2010 for several years where I met my now husband, then co-worker. We combined forces and opened a beautiful treatment space. Here, we specialize in working with people in pain that want to be more active and have a better quality of life. RoelsMethod Structural bodywork is a combination of techniques that, from my over 10 years experience tells me, has been the most comfortably intense & most effective work for my guests. I Work with those who have pain when they move their body & have tried traditional methods;(massage, chiropractor, PT & shots). I have a passion for providing the best massage for each individual determined by the specific or general goal. I perform relaxation and deep tissue massage as well as reflexology, RoelsMethod neuro-somatic intervention, and Acutonics sound healing with tuning forks up to level 6. Other certifications include: Ear candling, Shiatsu, Spa Wraps and techniques, Hot stone massage, Reiki level 2, CPR certified, Thai Yoga massage, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I offer an amazing 6 month holistic health program to those looking to improve the balance of work, play, nutrition, family, etc.
