Over the past 15 years at Emprise Bank, I’ve led work across consumer and retail banking, technology, innovation, and embedded banking, driving growth, launching new ventures, and guiding teams through change.As SVP, Consumer and Retail Banking, I lead the teams responsible for our branches, digital channels, contact center, small business banking, and customer experience. My role is to set clear direction, align leaders around priorities, and build the systems and culture required to execute with consistency and confidence.I believe transformation happens through clarity, trust, and ownership.
