As Head Coach of the Lehman Catholic High School Cheerleading Program, I lead the Varsity Football and both Varsity and Junior Varsity Basketball cheer squads, working with student-athletes ages 13–18. My coaching philosophy blends skill development with leadership, teamwork, and school spirit — helping each athlete grow both on and off the field.In addition to high school coaching, I actively collaborate with our Junior High and Lil Cavs squads to create a streamlined, cohesive program that builds consistency, confidence, and connection from middle school through graduation.Key focus areas include: • Choreography & Performance: Creating original sideline routines, halftime shows, and cheer/dance choreography tailored to each squad. • Leadership & Development: Fostering accountability, self-confidence, and personal growth through goal-setting and mentorship. • Program Building: Aligning youth, junior high, and high school cheerleaders to develop a unified, long-term team culture. • Community Engagement: Organizing youth camps, school spirit events, and public appearances that strengthen school and community pride.Above all, I strive to create a supportive, faith-centered environment where athletes are encouraged to lead with positivity, teamwork, and purpose.
