ABOUT EMILY REID
I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst practicing in the state of Indiana. My experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities spans back 10+ years ranging from volunteer work, waiver support work (respite, community habilitation), work as an RBT, and lastly work as a BCBA and clinical supervisor. I have been a practicing BCBA across a variety of settings including clinic, school, community, and home. Since July 2024 I have been engaging in work not only as a BCBA but as a clinical leader first as the Indiana Director of Clinical Operations and now as the Director of In-Home Services at Magical Moments ABA. I am deeply dedicated to client-focused, ethically driven ABA with social significance at the core of everything I do. I am also passionate about pouring into and mentoring BCBAs and RBTs with the goal of improving not only access to care, but the quality of care received. Let\'s improve the field of ABA, together!
