As a social purpose law firm, we focus on third-sector, voluntary sector and public sector work alongside a thriving private client practice (PLS). Committed to building valuable and long-lasting relationships with our clients, we are driven by our purpose to improve lives, communities and society. As the Business Lead, I coordinate the development of expert legal services, that improve the outcomes for our clients. Each of the five teams within Private Legal Services (PLS) at Anthony Collins (PI/CN, Traditional Private Client, Family, Childcare and Court of Protection) are independently recognised for the quality of the advice and exceptional client service. In addition to virtual appointments, Legal Services to individuals are provided from 3 different hubs (Birmingham, Macclesfield and Wolverhampton).I am passionate about continuous improvement and base my practice on learning from and responding to the needs of our clients. I am responsible for shaping and implementing the sector\'s Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Strategic Plans, Financial Plans, Operational Improvements and Business Development activities. Working with Team Leads and Department Leads I support the identificationor department (and team) linked OKRs.As the PLS Business Lead, I am responsible for commissioning sector-required internal services from the central management team, project managing key PLS improvement projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality value-for-money services, and focussed training which will enable the delivery of the annual Sector OKRs, targets and budgets of PLS.
