As the North America Head of Tax, I lead all aspects of tax compliance, reporting, and forecasting across the U.S. and Canada. I oversee a high-performing team and serve as a key finance partner to the business, with a strategic focus on cross-border tax planning and M&A support for the Americas.In this role, I drive the implementation of robust tax governance and internal controls, ensuring alignment with global policies and processes. I manage federal, state, and local tax compliance, including property taxes, R&D credit claims, and tax authority relationships. I also lead tax reporting and forecasting, support financial statement reviews, and proactively monitor regulatory changes to model potential business impacts.Working closely with global finance and external advisors, I help optimize our tax position while developing scalable, tech-enabled processes and mentoring emerging tax talent.
