Strategically manage 7+ vendors, including global wellbeing platform, fitness center management, global EAP, breastmilk shipping, etc. Lead 8+ consultants/contractors, aligning local programs with global strategy, developing a governance model, and benchmarking KPIs. Collaborate with Global Sourcing, Procurement, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, and IT to complete RFPs, set up contracts and complete technical reviews of vendors to ensure compliance. Craft communications for emails from senior leaders and articles/posts for internal platforms to promote global wellbeing strategy with proper voice and tone and to drive the new culture. Measure and evaluate participation and results of programs to make data-driven recommendations for enhancements through analyzing vendor reports and partnering with Business Insights & Analytics for impact analysis. Benchmark with external market groups and global companies on wellbeing strategies.
