ABOUT EMILY PRICE

Hi, I’m Emily — a UX Strategist, UI Designer, and Qualitative Researcher with 8+ years of in-house experience shaping digital experiences and service workflows. I’ve led and contributed to a lot of projects, but my top 3 include an omnichannel insurance claims reporting experience, a SaaS and end-user–focused security system configuration platform, and a full redesign of a transactional email suite. My background spans Finance, Insurance, Security Tech, and Ecommerce.My skillset blends UI design, UX research, and product management. Recently, I’ve been sharpening my coding/ux engineering skills by building Power Apps and HTML-based pages. I’ve also been exploring practical applications of AI, including redesigning and launching to production a static web page built with Figma Make and Chat GPT. Simply put: I love UX. I plan to spend my entire tech career doing it because it’s one of the few ways we can genuinely influence how massive companies operate and serve humans. It is my responsibility to optimize the ROI of every change or design I recommend while still advocating for what\'s best for our customers. Maintaining a balance between those two things is the heart of good design.I’m not looking for a new role right now, but I’m always open to conversations.
