I’m an ambitious and driven Finance major at the University of Missouri-Columbia, passionate about innovation, leadership, and making a positive impact. Currently, I’m interning at EquipmentShare, gaining hands-on experience in communication, project management, and the rapidly evolving construction industry. The company’s \"People First\" culture and rapid national growth inspire me to contribute to a collaborative work environment while embracing new professional opportunities. My background in customer service and leadership roles, including bartending and food service, has helped me develop strong interpersonal, adaptability, and team training skills, which have shaped my ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.Outside of school and work, I’m an active member of Alpha Phi, where I continue to build on my leadership abilities and develop lasting relationships.
