Approaching a decade in PropTech, helping drive Goodlord from startup to scaleup. and beyond. I am an operational generalist and storyteller at heart. I spent my early years working directly with our customers, including founding our Customer Adoption team and leading the Success function.More recently, I led the successful overhaul of our Referencing product. My current focus is now on driving business transformation and strategy for our Landlord and Guarantor service lines. I sit at the intersection of product, ops, and commercial strategy, partnering with leadership to solve complex problems and ensure we are executing against our ambitions. And I love doing it!
