My passion is unlocking possibility in people, enabling them to realise their full potential and be the best that they can be at whatever they choose to do! I have a wealth of experience in running training centres, coordinating training - from small interventions to large regional conferences - and process implementation and improvement. I design and deliver workshops, partner with the business to run team-building sessions and deliver psychometric feedback to leaders. I am responsible for a network of regional Learning and Development specialists, helping to connect people and create a consistent approach to L&D across the business, through regular communication, training and conferences.
