Current Projects- Currently serving as the AI Product Manager and Delivery Lead for SunChat, Suncor’s enterprise generative AI assistant. I support defining the product vision and roadmap, help prioritize the backlog using user insights, and collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Architecture, and business stakeholders. I use qualitative and quantitative research to understand current and future user needs and ensure our AI solutions are intuitive, scalable, and aligned to enterprise strategy. I also support use case development with business teams and lead product marketing and change management to support adoption and long-term impact- Program Manager - Foundational Work for Mining AI Efforts - Supporting 4 Data & AI driven projects to improve Mining productivity through optimization of Autonomous Haul Systems, Shovels, Operator Performance and Integrated Activity Planning- Leading the transformation of Suncor’s Enterprise Data Warehouse to Snowflake, enabling faster, more secure, and cost-efficient analytics at scale. Supporting a cross-functional delivery team of 35+, and partnering with business and technical leaders to align on outcomes and value delivery.Roles/Responsibilities- Driving enterprise-scale delivery of data and AI products that support digital transformation, strategic decision-making, and innovation across the business- Managing Agile delivery of enterprise data products, with a focus on business alignment, usability, and scalability. I work at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and meaningful change…usually where things are a little messy but full of opportunity.My background spans supply chain, digital & IT, entrepreneurship, and increasingly data & AI product delivery. I’ve led large-scale data and technology transformations inside complex organizations, while also building and marketing digital products from the ground up; so I’m comfortable both setting strategy and executing across product, marketing, and adoption.Currently, I’m a Portfolio Delivery Lead at Suncor focused on data and AI products. This includes leading our enterprise data warehouse migration to Snowflake and driving the rollout of SunChat, our internal generative AI assistant. My work covers product vision, roadmap development, user adoption, change management, and translating AI capability into real business value.Earlier in my career, I co-founded Stax Cycle Club, a six-figure digital fitness platform. We pivoted from a physical studio to a fully digital experience — overseeing product development, marketing, video content, e-commerce, and website builds along the way. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for how technology, customer experience, and storytelling all connect.I’m particularly interested in how organizations adopt AI in the real world — not just the technology, but the positioning, communication, and behavior change required to make it stick.Always learning.
