Oversees all aspects of production, across the entire life span of every project- Ensures the successful execution of all PURE CINEMA projects from conceptdevelopment to final delivery – Including, but not limited to: managing, supervising andoverseeing the Production & Post team, assigning production projects and managing theteam’s workload, oversight across all production executions and deliverables, andensuring operational seamlessness for all of PURE CINEMA’s project’s needs- Serves as the production logistical voice on client calls, steering conversation towardsproduction answers while building excitement with clients around executional andcreative results- Develops and manages all project scope budgets and timelines; working closely withDirectors to create project scopes that align with creative pitch decks- Oversees and manages PURE CINEMA calendar, including project deadlines, travelschedules and employee PTO- Nurtures strong relationships with clients, vendors, and talent, ensuring seamlesscommunication and outstanding client satisfaction for every project- Key point of contact for issues arising across Production, escalating issues andrecommendations to PURE CINEMA’s leadership team, as needed- Maintains high level client management on jobs that require additional Productionsupervision- Assures that clients are happy with the production work being completed and theirexperience on-set- Promotes a professional, creative, friendly, and supportive work environment for allemployees- Works with executive leadership to further develop and scale PURE CINEMA.
