ABOUT EMILY OBAL
As a geologist, I have contributed to various drilling and mapping projects in northwestern BC, working with teams of geologists from Tudor Gold Corp. and P2 Gold Inc. I have logged and sampled diamond drill core, including oriented core, using digital and physical tools, and assisted with processing of pXRF data and other data entry operations. I have also generated internal SOPs, written and edited reports for publication, and created presentation-ready maps using ArcGIS Pro.I hold a BA in Geology from Queen\'s University. I have received a TAship award for my performance as a lab demonstrator in the course GEOL 337: Invertebrate Palaeontology. I am physically fit and willing to put in long hours to advance project goals. I have excellent communication and teambuilding skills, and I am flexible and adaptable to different situations and challenges. I am passionate about learning more about the earth\'s history and processes.
