I spent 3 out of 4 semesters in the industrial and organizational psychology master\'s program at Elmhurst University in 20••••22, where I also served as a graduate assistant coach for the women\'s soccer team. I have one semester left before I receive my Master\'s. I have a bachelor\'s degree in psychology with a minor in sociology and social psychology from Western Michigan University, where I also worked as an advocate for survivors of abuse and assault at the YWCA. As a neurodivergent woman, I am passionate about minimizing discrimination, stigma, and alienation and increasing diversity and inclusion in brands and companies, with a special interest in neurodiversity in the workforce. I have completed multiple goalkeeper diplomas from the United Soccer Coaches and have coached at various levels and programs, including the Illinois Olympic Development Program. I am a confident, positive leader with strong project management, coordination, communication, and disability advocacy skills.
