ABOUT EMILY MOTSON
As a previous Student Ambassador at Teesside University, I represent and promote the university to prospective students, parents, and visitors, by sharing my insights and enthusiasm about studying on campus. I also assist with various events and activities on campus and online, such as open days, webinars, and workshops, demonstrating my communication, organization, and leadership skills.I work as a Customer Assistant at Tesco, where I provide friendly and efficient service to a diverse range of customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards. This role has enhanced my teamwork, problem-solving, and customer service skills, as well as my adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.I am passionate about learning new cultures and perspectives, and I have taken advantage of several opportunities to broaden my horizons and develop my cross-cultural management skills. I have completed a summer courses in Introduction to Criminal Law, Introduction to Criminology. I have also participated in an exchange program at Rennes School of Business in France, where I studied Cross Cultural Management and International Management. I graduated from Teesside University in May 2022 with a 2:1 BA Hons Business Management Degree and I aspire to pursue a career in business, where I can apply my knowledge, skills, and values to create positive social and economic impact.
