ABOUT EMILY MCVICAR

I am currently working at Inglis Howie as a Senior Asset Manager, where I assist in the delivery of various asset management strategies to enhance client\'s portfolios. Previous experience: During my time at Optical Express, I was responsible for the asset management of the Optical Express, SK:N and ACES property portfolio covering UK, Ireland and Mainland Europe. I worked as an asset manager at ESR Europe where I was responsible for adding value to property assets across a UK wide portfolio. Before working as an Asset Manager, I was a Chartered Surveyor at Lambert Smith Hampton working in their Commercial Agency team. I provided acquisition and disposal advice to both landlords and occupiers in both the public and private sectors. I also spent some time working within the property management team at Lambert Smith Hampton before moving into their agency team.During my placement year I worked at Colliers working in their Industrial agency team. Specializing in Industrial real estate, providing services such as sales, lettings, acquisitions and strategic development advice to property owners, investors and occupiers.Graduate Surveyor at Reith Lambert working in their Capital Markets and Agency team. My time at Reith Lambert was spent doing some work in retail and industrial agency. This involved me carrying out viewings, inspection, dealing with clients and the marketing of the properties. I also worked in their Capital Markets teams assisting their Director with acquisitions.
