I bring 10+ years of experience leading global strategic and operational initiatives to drive business outcomes for high-growth organizations. I especially love developing and delivering innovative workforce transformation programs that are rooted in empathy and data insights, from Taskrabbit’s Generative AI Strategy to bespoke employee onboarding, training & development, and change management programs for Deloitte Consulting clients and internal teams.Outside of work, I have volunteered for 8+ years as an English Teacher for newcomers to the US, most recently tutoring high school students through the Bay Area nonprofit organization Refugee & Immigrant Transitions (RIT). I am dedicated to helping individuals build their English language skills and confidence to succeed in our shared community.
