As an acupuncturist, Chinese Medicine expert, and speaker, I specialize in hormonal strategy that actually honors your body, not fights against it. In my San Diego clinic, Aphrodite Fertility Acupuncture, I’ve supported hundreds of ambitious women through fertility journeys, burnout recovery, and cycle-led performance. But the truth is. what I teach isn’t just about hormones. It’s about POWER. Because when women understand how to lead in rhythm with their biology, everything changes: → You stop second-guessing. → You start recovering faster. → You lead with clarity, energy, and emotional precision. My work blends clinical depth with nervous system literacy, menstrual intelligence, and leadership strategy. I speak on stages, inside companies, and at conferences to help women (and the people who support them) reimagine what sustainable leadership actually looks like.
