As the leader of an incredible international sales team at Syncfusion, the global leader in UI components, I have the privilege of working alongside a growing team of talented professionals both in the US and across the ocean.My team, spread between Morrisville, NC and Kisumu, Kenya, is lead by an incredible group of women, along with a few talented young men who complement the team\'s energy and vision.Starting and expanding our operations in Kisumu has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my career. It’s been an honor to grow a team that not only drives results but also celebrates diversity, fosters opportunity, and makes a real impact for our clients worldwide.My passion lies in people—cultivating talent, creating opportunities, and championing the unique strengths each individual brings to the table.
