Part of Comcast Advertising\'s (Effectv) Market Retail Sales Team, The Director of Strategic Initiatives, works under the direction of the SVP of Effectv Market Retail Sales & senior leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations & ensure effective communication across all levels of the org. Support function, to achieve company objectives.Key areas of responsibility-Collaborate with & consult the SVP of MR Sales and leadership team to develop & execute strategic plans and initiatives-Serve as a key liaison between the SVP of MR Sales / MR leadership team and various departments, ensuring alignment & accountability-Lead special projects & initiatives from inception to completion, driving results & delivering on objectives-Analyze data & provide insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement-Manage communication channels & facilitate effective communication across the MR org in partnership with leadership & Comms-Applies expertise & creativity to address unique or ambiguous situations to find solutions to problems that can be complex -Represent the SVP of MR Sales in engagements as needed-Oversee & consults the post-launch accountability of initiatives to ensure all objectives continue to be achieved -Supervise member(s) of the Strategic Initiatives team to ensure strong performance, development & initiative support-Oversee the Administrative Support Function: o Strategic Oversight & Planning: developing & executing strategies to enhance administrative efficiency & effectiveness.
