ABOUT EMILY LUSZCZ

Experienced Project Manager in construction, transport and engineering environments. Project Management professional with a history of delivering various Signalling and Level Crossing renewal projects in the Network Rail Capital Delivery Team. I have also previously been involved in the delivery of major multi disciplinary projects. At present, I am currently working as a Sponsor in the Network Rail Investment Team working on the Oxfordshire Connect Programme and predominantly for Oxford Phase 2. I have been assessed and appointed as CDM Client Point of Contact for various projects in the Oxford area.I am a Network Rail Diversity and Inclusion Champion and newly appointed Wales & Western Race Matters Steering Board member. The most important things in life for me are family, friends and a general care for other people. I’ve had the pleasure of working with some fantastic people and am lucky enough to stay in contact with most. Those I haven’t been fortunate to meet, please do say hello! I have a huge interest in property and am currently in the process of renovating a beautiful 1920’s property. I am also the proud owner of a beautiful 1910 Victorian house and thoroughly enjoyed renovating it whilst keeping its natural charm. My other huge interest is travelling and I’ve taken every opportunity to travel to over 30 countries. I also appreciate good food and travelling is a good way to experience new foods. For 10 years, I worked two jobs as my goal is to work hard to meet both my work and personal life achievements. I have always worked a Monday to Friday job and a weekend job until 2020 when a global pandemic hit and I was unfortunately made redundant in my weekend job. I had worked this job since I was 16 years of age and it gave me the work ethic I have today as well as meeting new people. I made the decision to take a break working two jobs for the foreseeable future as I wanted to focus on renovating my house and keeping on top of my rental property. Additionally, I wanted to free up some more time to be able to spend time with family, friends, my partner and my dog!
