As a Partner at True Search, I am responsible for delivering an exceptional search experience for clients and candidates alike. This includes end-to-end search work, including business development, crafting search strategy, engaging and delivering candidates, and iterating with clients to evolve a search as it progresses. My areas of focus center on venture-backed and public tech companies, with a functional speciality in HR and People leadership. Additionally, I lead searches in the investment professional space, for both traditional and corporate VC and growth investment firms.
