ABOUT EMILY KRICHBAUM
I build programs and teams. At the National Women\'s History Museum, I oversee a portfolio of educational programs and strategic initiatives, partnering with external organizations to create exhibitions and experiences that advance institutional goals at scale. I also lead IACET accreditation for the Museum\'s full suite of educator training programs — overseeing the quality standards, compliance frameworks, and continuous improvement processes that ensure our professional development meets the highest national benchmarks. My work has reached national audiences through NPR, TEDx, the Smithsonian, and the University of Notre Dame Press. I\'ve advised the Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation, facilitated executive leadership programs at The Ohio State University\'s John Glenn College of Public Affairs, and presented at international conferences on leadership development, organizational strategy, and mentoring.
