About Emily Kokenge

Award-winning brand builder and business leader providing design leadership and business strategy for more than 30 years. An industrial designer by background, Emily’s work encompasses disruptive innovation, industrial design leadership, branding and brand strategy. Emily has led global design for multiple billion-dollar businesses in the U.S, Singapore and Switzerland. She represents Design on P&G’s Innovation Leadership Team, and in 2017, she was recognized as a P&G Brand Master, an honorary given to less than 1% of P&G leaders. Emily has initiated and championed design programs that transformed P&G into a leader in design and design thinking - building “design into the DNA” at P&G. Emily was the first woman industrial designer at P&G; she is committed to building diversity and leads efforts to increase female representation in ID. To further strengthen her commitment to supporting Design leaders, she graduated from the Georgetown Executive Leadership coaching program and became an ACC certified leadership coach.
