Passionate about transforming the charity sector through learning and development.I am an experienced customer service, account management, and project management professional with a degree in Spanish & International Development from the University of Leeds. Over the course of my career, I’ve built a proven track record of-Building and maintaining strong client relationships-Designing and delivering onboarding and training programmes-Driving contract renewals and long-term client successToday, I manage relationships with over 80 organisations across the third sector - a role that allows me to combine my skills with my passion for creating real, meaningful change.
