ABOUT EMILY KELLEY
As a communications major, I appreciate the power that effective and collaborative communication has when you are trying to achieve your goals. I am excited to implement these skills that I have learned in class in the real world by being able to work with a team of driven individuals that also have a passion for making genuine connections with the community around them. While my current job experience is routed mainly in animal care and guest relations, these jobs have taught me resilience, problem-solving skills, and collaboration that will be effective in communication based fields. I also have experience in communication, marketing, and social media which are all areas of work that I am excited to pursue in the near future. My current goal is to use these skills to build a career more focused in public relations and communications where I can grow professionally while doing work that excites me. I am excited to make connections, learn from professionals, and continue to grow.
