   Analyze Pay Collect data after processing; determine root cause of the issues, coordinate with DCAS POC for remediation and create QCI for permanent solution. Provide KT Session on CARS Confirmation Errors, DIT type incidents, how to create a TAR, how to work Vendors/Rejections and Post Payment System Incident. Work on monthly A2 Recon Cancelled and Rejects backlogs for all Commands. Analyze the data to determine root causes that are preventing the data from being sent to DCAS. Sent missing transactions to DCAS via the interface and provide a summary of findings to DFAS/commands. Assist with Monthly A2 Recon for Unconfirmed Disbursement.
