Here at GMS, I manage our Learning & Development program that includes our 8 week Core Sales Training Program, our Sales Coaching program, and implementation training for all employees. I focus on the facilitation of our Core Training Program, as well as content management. I liaise with the leadership team at GMS on performance management of our new employees while also making sure that each employee feels confident and successful as they onboard.
