As a Venture MBA student at the University of Wyoming, I am discovering my true potential while embarking on the journey of starting my own business. With an undergraduate degree in Business Administration focusing on Sport Management, I’ve gained valuable insights while fostering strong connections in the sports industry. My passion for sports has driven me to work in areas such as sports marketing, team management, analytics, ticket sales, sponsorships, and recruiting, all while playing basketball during college.     As a second-year GA, I serve as the primary communications lead for the Cowboy Joe Club while expanding my role in donor engagement, stewardship, and event support. Key responsibilities include:– Leading the creation and execution of all email campaigns, social media content, and hard mailers for fundraising, renewals, and events.– Managing weekly Steamboat Sound updates and maintaining content on CowboyJoeClub.com.– Collaborating with creative and marketing teams on photo, video, and graphic requests for donor campaigns.– Supporting major gift stewardship through personalized outreach, premium seating acknowledgments, and milestone giving initiatives.– Overseeing donor stewardship programs, including custom card fulfillment for annual donors and special event participators.– Handling donor relations through email, phone outreach, and stewardship follow-up, including assigned renewal fundraising efforts and Ragtime Club coordination.– Assisting with cultivation and event support for major donors during gameday hospitality events and premium experiences.– Driving new stewardship initiatives and supporting gift distribution and acknowledgments.– Assist in identifying, cultivating, and soliciting annual fund donations and memberships for young alumni (Ragtime Club) and former student-athletes (W-Club) within the Cowboy Joe Club Annual Fund.– Support key events, such as the annual auction and CJC Golf Series, and serve as a CJC advocate at community and gameday hospitality events for all sports.
