Strategic Planning:Collaborate closely with the Head of HR Advisory to define and lead the HR Advisory and Change Agenda. Develop a structured and forward-thinking recruitment plan for our volume areas to ensure we attract and retain top talent, while also aligning with our strategic goals and objectives. Build out and define our 1st line advice model, focusing on the growth and development of the team and service, enabling great client satisfaction and providing successors for our 2nd Line. Team Management:Line management of our 1st line Advice and Volume Recruitment Teams, supporting and coaching to achieve operational excellence and meet strategic objectives. Allocate resources effectively and appropriately to meet business and individual needs. Support the Head of HR Advisory with the development, wellbeing, and engagement of the wider advisory team, including setting action plans, managing escalations, and deputizing team meetings. Case Management & Escalation Point:Manage own case load as well as well as being the an escalation point for complex or high-risk cases and upskilling HRAs, to mitigate risk of Employment Tribunals Collaboration and Partnering:Maintain a close working relationship with HRBPs and other People Leaders, providing them with insights and escalating where needed to seek resolution and positive improvements. HR Generalist Activity:Support our wider people team with the management of HR initiatives and activity such as annual performance reviews, Engagement and Recognition to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction. People Data:Utilise and analyse people data to identify key priorities and how they intersect with the strategic plan. Providing insights and advice to support continuous improvement, propose new solutions, and operate within risk appetite.
