Supervise and support teams of licensed clinical psychologists, professional counselors, social workers, ABA clinicians, and pediatricians in Pennsylvania, California, Ohio, New Jersey, and Nebraska• Review and provide feedback for diagnostic evaluations, written orders, ADOS reports, and treatment plans• Work closely with interdepartmental team to schedule meetings and coordinate the diagnostic evaluations, initial intakes, and reevaluation processes for families seeking services• Interview families and document clinical information, including areas of concerns, symptoms, and behaviors to recommend hours of ABA services and other appropriate services• Collaborate with interdepartmental team to determine appropriate referrals for advanced crisis/trauma/psychiatric care • Assess medical, psychological, and educational documentation to assess the history and severity of symptoms and behaviors of various disability conditions requiring ABA services• Communicate with managed care organizations and funders to ensure compliance with various standards
