Our contractors are currently engaged on assignments across the world, supported by our international recruitment hub.My Role & ResponsibilitiesIn my role, I act as a key link between clients and candidates, delivering tailored recruitment solutions. My core responsibilities include- Advertising vacancies across various media platforms including online job boards and social media- Leveraging social media to attract talent and foster relationships with both candidates and clients- Proactively headhunting and approaching candidates who may not be actively seeking new roles- Utilising candidate databases to effectively match talent to client vacancies- Screening applications, managing interviews and assessments, and shortlisting top candidate\'s- Conducting reference checks and assessing applicant suitability prior to submission- Briefing candidates on job responsibilities, salary expectations, and benefits- Preparing and forwarding CVs and supporting documents to clients- Coordinating interviews and providing feedback to candidates- Negotiating compensation packages and finalising placements- Consistently achieving and exceeding targets related to placements, billings, and business development.
