The Executive Operations Partner to the CEO serves as an extension of the CEOto his direct team and to the entire company, and as a strategic operational partner in support of corporate initiatives. The EOP leads day-to-day management of operational, strategic, staff/talent, and ad hoc projects to allow the CEO to focus on Evolent’s high-level needs.Responsibilities: • Independently manage the CEO\'s day-to-day calendar.• Brainstorm & institute operating procedures for organizing the CEO\'s priorities/workstreams.• Assist with email inbox management to ensure requests and questions are resolved.• Design operational process for quarterly leadership and report-out meetings.• Create drafts of agendas, communications, and other materials for the CEO. • Support material creation for client, board, and internal meetings.• Act as a direct arm of communication for the CEO to his top leadership, clients, partners, and other stakeholders.• Partner with Talent to track quarterly performance management processes, as well as company-wide Talent initiatives.• Partner with Communications & Marketing teams on internal and external Corporate communications and outreach, materials, and networking needs. • Execute logistical setups for corporate meetings and gatherings.• Support ad hoc projects for the CEO as necessary.• Lead internal team of 40+ Executive Assistants (EAs) by serving as a conduit to the Executive Leadership Team. Lead and develop content for EA team quarterly meetings to enhance teamwork and efficient practices. • Lead the EA team in resolving inefficiencies and challenges.• Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding initiatives alongside the EA Leadership team.
