About Emily Harman
Feeling stuck or overwhelmed? Tired of putting yourself last? As a certified professional coach, I work with high achieving women in senior leadership positions who are approaching retirement age. They’ve achieved all their lives and they’ve put everyone and everything ahead of their own needs. Their dreams for themselves have become buried under a mound of responsibilities. I help them remember their dreams, or learn how to dream, so they can get in touch with themselves and create a life they LOVE living NOW and in retirement. I’ve got the heart of a Mom, the mind of a Senior Executive, and the experience of a Naval Officer. When I retired as a member of the Department of the Navy’s Senior Executive Service, I received advice on what I “should” do next. I took some time to consider what I wanted to do, what felt right for me. I became a certified professional coach and podcast host.
