As a Product Manager at Thrive, I own and drive the product roadmaps across two agile development teams, ensuring we deliver meaningful, high-impact improvements to a platform used at scale. I am accountable for shaping priorities, aligning stakeholders, and translating strategy into clear, executable plans that support a growing and evolving product environment.I focus on continuously improving the learner and admin experience, making the platform seamless, engaging, and intuitive as we scale. Whether refining existing capabilities or introducing new features, I ensure every initiative is grounded in user insight and measurable outcomes. I recognise that learning is not one-size-fits-all, so I prioritise personalised and adaptive experiences that support different learning styles and organisational needs.I am particularly motivated by the opportunity to leverage AI to enhance workplace learning. By working closely with our AI and engineering teams, I help identify practical applications that solve real problems, increase efficiency, and make learning smarter and more responsive.Collaborating with frontend, backend, full-stack, QA, and AI engineers, I bring structure and clarity to complex initiatives. I create alignment across teams, manage dependencies in a scaling environment, and maintain a strong focus on technical quality, delivery momentum, and long-term product sustainability.
