ABOUT EMILY HALL
I’ve recently started as a Wellbeing Proposition Consultant, supporting initiatives that strengthen health, happiness, and resilience for employees and customers.Previously, I worked as an Assistant Underwriter in Commercial Lines, focusing on process improvements and customer experience.Alongside my role, I lead the Sustainability and Volunteering Action Group in Aviva’s Worthing office, driving employee engagement and community impact. These experiences bring people together and lift the energy in the workplace. I also represented the Worthing Council in Aviva’s Commercial Lines Women’s Network, where we ran inclusive events, and together we received the Confident Collaborator award.I have worked in Education, Hospitality and most recently the Non-profit industry. Having been in administrative and managerial roles in these areas I have gained valuable transferable skills. I graduated from the University of Exeter in 2013 with a BA in Italian and Spanish (2:1) and Distinction in Spoken Italian. I have a wide range of travel experience as well as a year spent abroad working in Italy. I am therefore easily adaptable to new situations and environments.
