I’m a Finance and Administrative leader with experience across legal environments, small businesses, and high-growth organizations. I began my journey in the fiber industry with Aspire Communications, a turnkey fiber solutions provider based in Lake Mary, where I played a key role in scaling the organization from 38 employees to more than 200 nationwide during a period of rapid expansion.Building on that high-growth experience, I stepped into a broader leadership role as Finance and Admin Manager at Aspire Fiber, a Southern California–based Internet Service Provider. In this role, I oversee financial operations, strengthen administrative infrastructure, and implement scalable systems that support long-term strategic growth.I hold a B.S. in Public Relations from the University of Florida and leverage my communications background to drive clarity, collaboration, and strong internal culture within growing organizations.Outside of work, I support schools and PTAs in strengthening community connections and serve as the Orlando Governor for Work Like A Girl, empowering women to find and use their voice in the workplace.
